Poldark star Tom York has been announced as an ambassador for Young Lives Vs Cancer, where he will help give advice to young cancer patients.

York took part in the charity's Music Programme event earlier this month, to give young people the opportunity to increase their self-confidence, and commented 'What a truly exceptional project this is. Not only in terms of its comprehensive approach to care, but to offer these inspirational young people an opportunity to express themselves, be understood by their peers, and really just have fun as a young person again'.
